In order to make our service available, you are required to provide GoCashie with information about you and your business. In addition you and GoCashie employees communicate with each other via all standard forms of communication and as a part of its process GoCashie stores information about every transaction that it processes for you. GoCashie stores all information and communications it deems relevant to conducting its business, and that information becomes the property of GoCashie at the time it is received or generated.
Clients with subscription transactions only: GoCashie will not otherwise disclose its clients' personal and account information unless GoCashie has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of GoCashie, GoCashie's clients, or others, or where GoCashie has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
Clients with tangible goods: If you are processing transactions for tangible goods your contact information is readily available on your website. If GoCashie receives a written request from a legitimate law enforcement agency that is investigating a fraudulent use of card complaint GoCashie will, without consulting you, provide law enforcement your contact information. Otherwise, GoCashie will not disclose its clients' personal and account information unless GoCashie has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of GoCashie, GoCashie's clients, or others, or where GoCashie has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
GoCashie also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that GoCashie stores or transmits to or receives from its clients. The circumstances under which GoCashie will disclose such electronic client communications are when:
- It is necessary in order to provide service to the client;
- It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of GoCashie and its clients;
- It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that GoCashie determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable;
- It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by GoCashie and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
By using GoCashie's services, you agree that we may release information obtained in the course of your use of GoCashie's services when it is believed, in GoCashie's sole and absolute discretion, that the release is appropriate or otherwise necessary to comply with the law, enforce our Agreement, and/or protect the contract and other rights of GoCashie and our Clients.
GoCashie disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by clients or others. GoCashie will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm GoCashie, its clients or third parties. The grounds on which GoCashie may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of GoCashie's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). It is your obligation to provide GoCashie with accurate and up-to-date information, and failure to provide us with such information could void any Agreement between you and GoCashie. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as processing transactions, loss prevention, improving our service, communicating with you, and fulfilling our obligations to you. GoCashie’s employees have access to your information on a need to know basis. GoCashie will not sell your information to a third party for any reason.
To the best of its ability, GoCashie employs the latest and best techniques available for protecting it systems from intrusion by unauthorized individuals, and is constantly upgrading its security as better methods become available. All information is stored behind firewalls and other sophisticated security systems. Our data center is utilizes state-of-the-art physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the facility.
GoCashie reserves the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time. GoCashie takes privacy matters very seriously, and intends to stay at the forefront of privacy policy and protection matters.
